Auditions for the Brophy fall play, “Up the Down Staircase,” will be held Monday, Aug. 30 through Thursday, Sept. 2 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Black Box Theater.
Students must sign up for an audition time in advance with Ms. Sandra Dennard in the Student Activities Center, according to Ms. Dorothy Dunnion, moderator of the Brophy Drama Club, in a release.
Students can find the script on the Brophy website, www.brophyprep.org .
Callbacks will be on Friday, Sept. 3, from 1 p.m. to 4p.m.

According to the 2010-2011 Brophy activities calendar, “Up the Down Staircase” will open Wednesday night, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. in the Black Box Theater.
Performances will continue every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday nights at 7 p.m. from Oct. 28 to Nov. 6.
